Bordas were the barns and shelters of Andorra's mountain families: stone below for the animals, timber above for the hay. Today 25 bordas are restaurants and together form the Itinerari de les Bordes.

Borda Estevet keeps its original stone walls and timber beams. It seats 72, specialises in mountain and Mediterranean cooking, makes its own desserts and has a carefully chosen wine list.
